With their aprons removed and the cooking stoves turned off, nine Venetian Chefs led by Franco Favaretto, the owner of the Baccalà Divino restaurant in Mestre, breathed and tasted the Fresh Tuscan oil, just produced. Two days of insights into how oil is produced, on the organoleptic characteristics and versatility of this product used in the dishes.
