An extra Virgin Olive Oil that comes from a protected region of Italy: Tuscany. It’s obtained from the cold-processing of the olives in the Frantoio di Santa Téa, respecting the production-disciplinary. A fruity fragrance.

Cultivar: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Correggiolo.
Period of harvest: from October to December.
Processing times: following the PGI Tuscany regulation.

Storage: at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel containers, in absence of oxygen, under nitrogen.
