Five great Gourmets chefs have been appointed to prepare one dish each for an audience of journalists and insiders. Oscar Farinetti, Enzo Oversteek, Leonardo Romanelli, Davide Paolini and Paolo Marchi, all together for one evening, have created a menu based on the Santa Tea mill oil and the Schooner fish products.
